Origin of Hindi language

Sanskrit is the oldest language of India also known as Arya Bhasha or Dev Bhasha. Hindi is considered to be the successor of this Aryan language Sanskrit. Along with that it is said that Hindi is originated from the Sanskrit language. According to History, the language is about 2000 years old. Till about 1500 ad people used to speak Hindi language well and clearly. After 1500 AD, when Hindi was being developed in the entire country, then there was a big change in the Hindi language. At that time Mughal began to rule our country and people started using Persian language, because the Mughals used to give the jobs only those who had good knowledge of Persian language. Due to which use of hindi language has reduced. As a result many words of Persian , Arabic and Turkish were joined in Hindi. In spite of all this, some poets composed poetry in the Braj languages and people started using these languages. The great poet who contributed to this great work were sant Tulsidasji, sant Surdas ji, Mirabai ji etc. Because of which once again Hindi language became popular in India.

Then around 1800, the influence of Mughal language began to wane. All Indians started using Hindi language. But after few years, Britishers came to India and people started using English language as if Hindi would not exist. Again some great writers took an initiative and they used Khadi Hindi for their books. But Britishers were very Powerful, they used to impressed people by using many tricks. They want to promote their religion and their language. And they saw that many religions have united to make the unity of this country. The British tried to break this unity, but could not succeed. Then tried to divide caste and religion, and they succeeded. Due to which they spread English and his religion among the people. People left their unity and came to the British talk, as a result of which our India became a slave of the British. But in the meantime our Gandhi ji again added the unity of India and drove the British out of the country. But Hindus and Muslims could not be united. both of them separated their countries, one part of India was divided into India and Pakistan which got divided in 2 countries. The national language of India has been declared as Hindi. Hindi  is embedded with the rich, colorful and contrasting past of the country, making it far more expressive than any other language.
